Notes: The favorite game in the nation's capital is the blame game. Last Wednesday like synchronized swimmers, but in different locations, George W. Bush and Dick Cheney blamed the state of the economy on Bill Clinton. Previously, Republicans have blamed him for the state of the CIA, the FBI, corporate fraud, 9/11 and practically everything but the forest fires in Colorado. They're preaching to the choir when they do so because Clinton, though out of office, is still the politician many Americans love to hate. But even with them won't this diversionary tactic one day run out? Say, by 2020 ... 2030 at least? 08.11.02
